Pre-Qualification
The recruiter performs a phone screen to pre-qualify a candidate based on job history, desire and wants, technical roles held and salary history.
Qualification
The Recruiter conducts an in-office interview to review the candidate's job history for stability and progression, reasons for leaving previous employment, technologies used and skill levels, their ideal job opportunity, technical roles held, physical mannerisms, presentation and salary history.
Technical Assessment
An in-depth technical evaluation of the candidate's skills within various technologies, platforms and disciplines is conducted by our in-house technical staff, an on-line technical tool, such as ReviewNet or by a qualified on-site consultant.
Marketing Assessment
The Account Executive reviews the recruiter's evaluation as well as the technical evaluation against a specific client requirement prior to screening the candidate for personality, demeanor, energy level and presentation to ensure that the candidate's soft skills will fit the client environment. Drug screen and background checks are completed as necessary.
