SystemwarePS follows a proven process for ensuring project success. This methodology includes detailed planning, phased implementation, quality assurance testing, production support, and transition services.
Project Initiation
The findings in this Assessment Document are the basis of the high-level design. The project kickoff with key stakeholders defines the roles and responsibilities for the project and timeline. Discovery sessions are performed onsite with the core group and business owners. SystemwarePS generates detailed documents for the project requirements, QA strategy, and project plan. The client approves these documents as an exit point of this phase.
Solution Architecture
Utilizing the information from Project Initiation, the team creates a detailed design. The design document is reviewed with the client and any gaps are identified. In parallel, the quality assurance plan is created. The resulting detailed design is the document that will guide the remainder of the project.
Solution Development
In this phase of the project, the team implements the design that was developed. All components of the system are installed, configured and any gaps identified will be resolved. The testing environment is configured and all test cases are created for the next phase.
Solution Testing
To ensure that a client’s users experience a smooth transition to the new solution, thorough testing is conducted. This period is also the time for initial training of system administrators and users during User Acceptance Testing. The production environment is prepared for the next phase of the project.
Solution Deployment
The production environment is enabled after all test plans have been deemed successful and approved by client management. The Roll-out of the new solution is coordinated by client management. Support is provided to resolve issues quickly.
Transition
During this phase, knowledge transfer of the system and operational/procedural documentation is reviewed and completed. Any enhancements that are targeted for a future phase are also documented. Ongoing support is provided under an optional Systemware Managed Service (SMS) plan to fully support the new environment.
